Fillosys, Industrial surface filling, done right.

Industrial
surface filling,
done right.

We design and build industrial machines for the controlled filling of surfaces. We start from the surface, not from the machine and stop when the objective is reached.

We correct surfaces.
We stop where coating begins.

↳ Technology

Filling as a controlled process.

Filling is never a single operation, it is a controlled industrial process. Material is added only where needed, in a precise and repeatable way. Where required, this includes controlled drying, curing or mechanical post-treatment, integrated only when functionally necessary to reach the result.

One principle,
many surfaces.

The Fillosys principle applies wherever surfaces need correction through filling rather than finishing, across panel materials, natural wood, engineered structures and heavy-duty composites.

01 / Edge filling

Particleboard edges.

Sawn particleboard edges expose an open, heterogeneous structure that limits edge banding, profiling and visual integration. Through controlled edge filling, particleboard can be used in applications traditionally reserved for MDF, with improved edge band adhesion and the option to profile or fully replace the band.

02 / Surface levelling

OSB surface levelling.

OSB panels are structurally efficient, but their irregular strand structure makes surface quality difficult to control. Through selective full-surface filling, local height differences and voids are corrected, creating a uniform, predictable surface ready for coating, lamination or functional finishing.

03 / Defect filling

PAR-Filler.

Natural wood, parquet and plywood alike, inevitably contains knots, cracks and small voids. The PAR-Filler family applies automated detection and targeted material application. Defects are corrected reproducibly, resulting in boards that behave predictably in subsequent sanding and finishing.

The same principle,
beyond panels.

Wherever industrial surfaces, edges or interfaces need correction through targeted material addition, the Fillosys logic applies.

    Honeycomb structures.

Edge closing, internal cell reinforcement for fastening, load transfer or structural integration, without compromising the lightweight nature.

  • 05

    Engineered timber.

CLT, glulam and hybrid composites, closing joints and restoring surface continuity at structural interfaces.

  • 06

    Heavy-duty panels.

Trailer floors and wear surfaces, particularly in North America, sealing, levelling and long-term durability under mechanical load.

Built on three decades of machine engineering.

An autonomous machine builder division of CSP-Engineering, with over thirty years of engineering experience. Where filler chemistry strengthens the process, our systems are technically aligned with Cosmetiwood industrial fillers.

Reproducibility across volume and time

From defect to corrected surface.

Four sequential steps designed for continuous production environments. Each stage is mechanically validated and integrates directly with the downstream finishing line, where our scope ends.

Selective application

Filler material deposited only where surface correction is required.

Continuous levelling

Material flows into voids, mechanically planed flat, no overspray.

Industrial curing

Filler stabilises into a mechanically stable substrate, ready for coating.

Mechanical refinement

Standardised planing prepares surface for paint, lacquer or functional coating.

↳ Common questions

Things people
ask us.

In most cases, yes. Our systems are engineered to integrate into existing lines, typically between cutting or pressing and the downstream coating or lamination stage. The exact configuration is matched to your line speed and panel format during a technical assessment.

Our machines are engineered and tuned around the Cosmetiwood PRO filler system. Third-party fillers can be supported on request, after validation.

Yes. We can assess feasibility on your specific substrate before any commitment. Reach out with your panel type and surface requirement, and we will advise on the best way to validate.

Installation and commissioning are done on site by the same engineers who build the system, including operator training. Timing depends on the configuration and is defined per project.
